If your InfiniteIQ app isn’t connecting to your Calix GigaSpire 4.2 router, it usually means there’s a problem with your phone’s connection or the router’s link to the app. Follow these steps to get connected again.


Step 1: Check Your Internet Connection

  • Make sure your phone is connected to the Wi-Fi network provided by your GigaSpire router.

  • If you’re using mobile data, switch to Wi-Fi and try again.


Step 2: Restart the App

  • Close the CommandIQ app completely.

  • Reopen the app and try to log in again.

  • If prompted, re-enter your account details.


Step 3: Restart Your Router and Phone

  • Power off your GigaSpire router for 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

  • Restart your phone.

  • Open the CommandIQ app again and check if it connects.


Step 4: Check for Updates

  • Make sure your InfiniteIQ app is updated to the latest version in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

  • Ensure your phone software (iOS/Android) is also up to date.


Step 5: Reset the App Connection

  • In the InfiniteIQ app, go to Settings > Account > Reset / Reconnect Router (wording may vary slightly depending on version).

  • Follow the prompts to re-pair your app with the GigaSpire 4.2.


Step 6: Reinstall the App

  • If the issue continues, uninstall the InfiniteIQ app.

  • Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Log back in with your Infinite Smart Wi-Fi account details.
