There are two things you can do to get more out of your Infinite service — upgrade your internet plan, or add a SmartLife Wi-Fi Extender to improve wireless coverage in your home. Both can be arranged by contacting us directly.
If you would like to move to a faster plan, you can do this yourself through the Infinite customer portal without needing to call us.
Log in to the customer portal at portal.infinite.net.au to view available plans and make changes to your subscription.
If you have areas of your home with weak or no Wi-Fi signal, a SmartLife Wi-Fi Extender connects to your existing SmartLife Wi-Fi System to extend coverage throughout your home. It is managed through the same Infinite eXperience app as your main system.
Extenders are available on two payment options:
