How do I set up and use the Infinite eXperience app?
The Infinite eXperience app is available on iOS and Android and gives you full control over your SmartLife home network. You can manage connected devices, set parental controls, run speed tests, and enable network-level security — all from your phone.
Download the app
Search for Infinite eXperience in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it. You can also use the links below:
Setting up for the first time
- Make sure your phone is connected to your new SmartLife Wi-Fi network before opening the app.
- Open the Infinite eXperience app and follow the on-screen setup steps.
- Log in using the account details provided by Infinite Networks, or create a new account if prompted.
- The setup process is guided and typically takes only a few minutes.
What you can do in the app

Troubleshooting
If you have trouble getting started, check the following:
- App cannot find your network — make sure your phone is connected to your SmartLife Wi-Fi and not mobile data before opening the app.
- Login not working — double-check the account details provided in your welcome email. If you have not received these, contact our support team.
- Setup not completing — try closing the app fully, reconnecting to your SmartLife Wi-Fi, and reopening it.
